Waiver SSRG EXOTIC CAR LIFESTYLE
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
EVENT: SSRG Exotic car Lifestyle and all associated events.
Please read this document carefully. By signing this document, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue SSRG Exotic Car Lifestyle, its founders, organizers, partners, and affiliates.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that participating in an automotive rally involving high-performance exotic vehicles is an inherently dangerous activity. These risks include, but are not limited to: physical injury, psychological injury, permanent paralysis, death, property damage, financial loss, unpredictable road and weather conditions, and the actions or negligence of other drivers.
I voluntarily chose to participate in this Event with full knowledge of the risks involved, and I assume absolute and sole responsibility for my own safety, the safety of my passenger(s), and the operation of my vehicle.
2. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & SAFE DRIVING
I agree that I will operate my vehicle safely, defensively, and in strict compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws, including posted speed limits. I acknowledge that this Event is NOT a race, time trial, or competitive exhibition of speed.
I certify that I will not operate my vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that could impair my driving ability. SSRG reserves the right to immediately expel any participant displaying reckless behavior without a refund.
3. INSURANCE & VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
I certify that my vehicle is street-legal, properly maintained, and fully registered. I warrant that I possess a valid driver’s license and the mandatory automotive liability insurance required by law, which explicitly covers my vehicle and operation during long-distance driving events. I acknowledge that SSRG does not provide any insurance coverage for my vehicle, myself, or my passengers.
4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SSRG Exotic Car Lifestyle, its founders (including the leadership team), organizers, event coordinators, volunteers, sponsors, and hosts (including but not limited toPorsche Downtown LA and any venue partners) (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of negligence, property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death sustained during or in connection with the Event.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) brought by myself, my passengers, my heirs, or any third party arising out of my actions, my driving, or my participation in this Event.
6. MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE
I hereby grant SSRG Exotic Car Lifestyle and its authorized videography/photography teams the absolute right and permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness, voice, and vehicle during the Event. I agree that SSRG may use this media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes worldwide in perpetuity, without any expectation of compensation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
I have read this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement. I fully understand its terms and recognize that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it. I sign it freely and voluntarily, intending it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
